At the beginning of running the QChem program, there is a tar error, boinc running as docker container

Looks like a permissions or setup problem with the docker image.

The docker file needs to something like add the local user to boinc group.

The typical things one needs to do with the distro installations of boinc.

Main point is the slots need to be accessible in the docker image.
