Despite its name, this protein is not villainous!
Similar technique as with BenAdapt but now with a different protein system. Lets see how fast we can fold this protein :)
I sent it to the long queue. Work units should take around 6.7 hours on a GTX 580
If you want to bask at its folded beauty (which I would hope to achieve) take a look at this rendering (not by our group): |

I suppose that's because the molecule is rather small?

I brought these back to life on the long and short queues as VillinA* and VillinTiny* to test a new methodology.
They are very few (~100 - 200) WU's so you might not even notice them.
The ones in the short queue (VillinTiny) should be extremely short but I configured the credits accordingly. |

That is very short indeed. Then the long ones should take around 5-6 hours to crunch. |

Running one on a 780Ti w/ W7 right now. It's ~65% utilization, but still enough to keep me at full boost.

"the long ones should take around 5-6 hours to crunch".
I don't know if it's a subtle of a lax way of announcing a new WU type, but I like it :)
