Wow, what a madness! I wouldn't mind an official GTX760 Ti OEM with a name like GTX765 (and probably slightly higher clocks to deserve that name), but since it's only OEM we can't buy this nice card anyway. | |

On the surface it's mad; there is a 33% performance gap between the GTX770 and the GTX760. However, from a business point of view its ingenious; it's the very performance gap between the GTX770 and the GTX760 that will allow NVidia to sell off their remaining GTX670's, and the fact that there is nothing in the GTX700 series below the GTX760 allows them to continue production and gracefully wind up their mid-range GTX600 cards (GTX650 through to the GTX660Ti). | |
