Unless E-Bay seller made mistake explaining specifications, this card most likely a fake. GPUGRID forum post somewhere mentions GTX650 purchased on E-Bay for GPUGRID crunching being a G92 core card.

Someone have try this? This card is a fake. Its PCB looks like an old card's PCB, so probably its BIOS is hacked to show a recent model number. Here is the post about the another fake card.

Well, not sure it is a 'Fake' in the sense of a fraudulent listing; the listing states it is only 'similar' to a 780:

Currently all modern NVidia Graphic cards have (128KB-2MB) level 2 cache including low powered Fermi on 28nm. If reseller not advising Cache specs or core counts- high chance PCB been tampered with. Anybody can buy solder kit. BIOS programs are used to configure false specs. NVidia API will expose fraud once card is set up. ( Which doesn't help much when purchasing boards.)
