Nvidia confirmed that they are looking into it, but the solution is not going to appear as yet.

On the other hand, they claim that GTX200 cards are not affected by it. So these cards are already running at max speed.

So this is the reason why our crunching times increased so badly on G92 chips, when the Cuda 2.0 app was released :-/
But this is "good news", as there might be a solution for this in future driver releases :-D
Something to look forward to, after each version becoming slower and each new BOINC release after 6.3.10 being a full loss :-D
