My rack with 2 RTX3070 inside normally crunches 2 WUs.
About 1 hour ago, one WU failed after about 1 hour for unknown reasons, so for a while the GPU which had processed this failed WU was running idle (in absence of a new WU, as there are none available for downolad).

Suddenly I notice that this GPU is also running full speed, and a look at the Windows task manager shows 2 processes "ACEMD3".
So I am wondering whether both GPUs are working on one WU now - I have never had something like this before.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Edit:
a minute ago, a second WU got downloaded and started being processed, as shown in the BOINC manager.
And the Windows task manager now shows 3 (!!!) processes "ACEMD3" - seem somewhat weird to me.

The unknown shutdown task probably never closed the exe.
